Prime Rib Roast

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • prime rib roast (at least 4 ribs)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 teaspoon hot horseradish
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • tabasco sauce (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 on the roast, rub the garlic, then the salt and pepper and place it, fat side up, in an uncovered pan.
