Ingredients

- 7 cups baby spinach
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 steam or microwave the spinach just until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- 2 squeeze out the liquid.
- 3 saute the garlic clove in the butter for 2 minutes.
- 4 stir in the spinach, sour cream, lemon juice and salt.
- 5 stir often until just hot.
