Ingredients

- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
- 20 tortillas (2 pkgs)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 spread thin layer of mixture over each tortilla and rollup.
- 3 place in refrigerator overnite.
- 4 cut into 1/2 inch bite size pieces.
- 5 serve with remaining salsa.
