Pili-pili (peri-peri) Marinade

Ingredients
- 3 chile, peppers (i use jalapeno)
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh if possible) or 4 tablespoons lime juice (fresh if possible)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 -5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika (or smoked paprika)
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a blender or chopper until it's a paste. and use as marinade, keep in the refrigerator.
