Pili-pili (peri-peri) Marinade

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 chile, peppers (i use jalapeno)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh if possible) or 4 tablespoons lime juice (fresh if possible)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 -5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (or smoked paprika)
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a blender or chopper until it's a paste. and use as marinade, keep in the refrigerator.
