- 2 ounces flat leaf parsley, leaves (no stalks)
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 ounces pine nuts
- 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients except the oil and salt into the food processor. whiz for a second or two, add the oil and a little salt.
- 2 taste and correct seasoning.
