Parsley Pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 ounces flat leaf parsley, leaves (no stalks)
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 ounces pine nuts
  • 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 put all the ingredients except the oil and salt into the food processor. whiz for a second or two, add the oil and a little salt.
  • 2 taste and correct seasoning.
