Ingredients

- 2 ounces chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 place the chipotle chilies, garlic & cream in a blender & blend until the chilies & garlic are pureed.
- 2 place in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until reduced by half.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
