Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 2 ounces chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 2 cups heavy cream
• salt
• pepper

Recipe

• 1 place the chipotle chilies, garlic & cream in a blender & blend until the chilies & garlic are pureed.
• 2 place in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until reduced by half.
• 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
