• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash tabasco sauce
• 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
• 1/2 cup butter
