Orange Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl with a whisk.
- 2 slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
- 3 place in a cruet or jar with lid and refrigerate.
