Orange Vinaigrette Dressing

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
  • 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl with a whisk.
  • 2 slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
  • 3 place in a cruet or jar with lid and refrigerate.
