- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup wine (cabernet sauvigon)
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 crush and dice garlic, mix all ingredents. best if you let set overnight before using.
