- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced red onion
Recipe
- 1 boil broccoli for 1.5 minutes or until al dente.
- 2 while broccoli cooks, whisk other ingredients except, red onion.
- 3 drain broccoli and toss to coat.
