Green Goddess Dressing

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • handful fresh dill
  • handful fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, packed chopped
  • 2 -4 anchovies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 -4 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 whiz ingredients together in a food processor and chill.
  • 2 it should be slightly thick. if you want it more pourable, use less yogurt and add a drizzle of lemon juice.
