Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- handful fresh dill
- handful fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, packed chopped
- 2 -4 anchovies
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 -4 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 whiz ingredients together in a food processor and chill.
- 2 it should be slightly thick. if you want it more pourable, use less yogurt and add a drizzle of lemon juice.
