Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon rind, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix every thing together in a small bowl and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- 2 this can be made a day ahead but recommend bring to room temperature before serving.
