Horseradish Gremolata

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh horseradish, grated
  • 1 tablespoon distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chopped flat leaf parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in medium bowl whisk butter with ingredients and stir in parsley.
