Seitan

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup vital wheat gluten flour
  • 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together.
