Prawn Masala

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 250 g prawns
  • 1 clove
  • 1 tablespoon anise seed
  • 3 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 peel and clean the prawns neatly.
  • 2 heat oil in a frying pan.
  • 3 put cloves, aniseed, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute it well.
  • 4 add prawns, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garlic paste.
  • 5 cook for 10 minutes.
  • 6 garnish with corriander leaves.
  • 7 serve.
