French's Classic Yellow Mustard (copycat)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons dry ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon wondra flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2 whisk until smooth.
  • 3 when mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • 4 remove pan from heat and cover until cool.
  • 5 chill in a covered container.
