Easy Chicago Style Spinach Pizza

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crusts
- 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 500 degrees f.
- 2 press crust onto bottom and sides of well greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- 3 mix spinach, mozzarella and 2 tablespoons parmesan and spread it evenly over crust.
- 4 mix tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pepper flakes, and spread it over the cheese mixture.
- 5 sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons parmesan.
- 6 bake 10 minutes at 500, then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
