Madeline's Favorite Corn

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 12 cups frozen corn (or fresh cut off the cob if you can get it)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 tablespoons freshed chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot, add in corn and water.
  • 2 bring mixture to a boil.
  • 3 lower heat; cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until corn is tender.
  • 4 drain corn and put in a serving bowl.
  • 5 add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
