Ingredients
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 cups packed basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine zest, basil, garlic and salt and pulse until finely chopped.
- 2 slowly add oil and process until smooth.
