Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- lemon zest
- 5 chopped dill
- salt
Recipe
- 1 grate your cucumber and lightly salt in a large bowl.
- 2 add you chopped garlic and dill.
- 3 add your greek yoghurt.
- 4 combine remaining ingredients.
- 5 serve cold.
