Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
- 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, process crème fraiche, parsley, chives, garlic and peppercorns until smoothly blended, scraping sides of bowl if necessary.
- 2 add goat cheese and process until smooth, 30 seconds.
