Kalamata Olive Pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olive, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups fresh basil, packed
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Recipe

  • 1 toss everything into the food processor, pulse until just combined, then process fully until a paste is achieved.
