Skinny Dip By 3fatchicks.com

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 14 ounces asparagus, cuts 1/2 the liquid drained
  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped (approx. 2 med. tomatoes)
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1 dash black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place asparagus with half the can liquid in a blender. cover & process until smooth.
  • 2 in a med. bowl, mix the blended asparagus with the remaining ingredients. cover & refrigerate for one hour.
  • 3 serve with choppped veggies or low fat tortilla chips.
