Coriander Mint Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves, and tender stems loosely packed
- 1 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
- 1 cup onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon green chili pepper, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy, not watery. refrigerate up to a week.
