Coriander Mint Chutney

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves, and tender stems loosely packed
  • 1 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon green chili pepper, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy, not watery. refrigerate up to a week.
