Raw Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (peanut butter will work)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. add more water if dip is too thick. this recipe is very forgiving and very customizable.
