Creole Garlic Grits

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup grits, 5 minute
  • 4 cups water
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 eggs
