Spinaci All'olio

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 17 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/4 lbs fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 thoroughly clean spinach.
  • 2 add to pan with a small amount of salted water to boil.
  • 3 drain when ready (2-3 minutes).
  • 4 heat olive oil in saucepan.
  • 5 chop or slice garlic & add to saucepan with heated oil (be careful not to burn).
  • 6 add spinach.
  • 7 cook for ~10 minutes.
