Ingredients

- 2 1/4 lbs fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly clean spinach.
- 2 add to pan with a small amount of salted water to boil.
- 3 drain when ready (2-3 minutes).
- 4 heat olive oil in saucepan.
- 5 chop or slice garlic & add to saucepan with heated oil (be careful not to burn).
- 6 add spinach.
- 7 cook for ~10 minutes.
