Super Easy Restaurant Style Salsa

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 onion, rough chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency. we like ours smooth so i just turn the food processor on until it is smooth.
  • 2 test the salsa on a tortilla chip and adjust any seasonings you like.
  • 3 will keep for about 1 week in the refrigerator.
