- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 -3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 2 -3 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in food processor. refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
