Salsa Verde - The Italian One

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 bunch italian parsley, washed
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 spring onion
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put first 4 ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- 2 add mustard and lemon juice, mix again.
- 3 slowly add in olive oil while machine is running.
- 4 taste and add salt and or pepper if needed.
- 5 if using the hard boiled egg add it to the sauce after it is in the serving dish.
