Ingredients
- 8 roma tomatoes, diced (about 1 pound)
- 3 tablespoons finely diced red onions
- 3/4 cup loosely packed julienned basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- 2 allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
