Ingredients

- 1 cup diced fresh onion
- 2 diced fresh jalapenos
- 8 whole fresh tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro leaf
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch cumin (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in large pot.
- 2 simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 4 serve chilled.
