Prosciutto-wrapped Corn On The Cob

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 (3 ounce) packet prosciutto, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
  • 2 oil grate when ready to start cooking.
  • 3 place each ear on a 12-inch square piece of aluminum foil.
  • 4 in small bowl, blend together the butter, italian seasoning and garlic.
  • 5 spread liberally over ears of corn.
  • 6 wrap corn with sliced prosciutto.
  • 7 wrap in foil.
  • 8 place on hot, oiled grill.
  • 9 cook for 25-30 minutes or until corn is tender, turning frequently.
  • 10 serve hot.
