Prosciutto-wrapped Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 (3 ounce) packet prosciutto, sliced
Recipe
- 1 set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- 2 oil grate when ready to start cooking.
- 3 place each ear on a 12-inch square piece of aluminum foil.
- 4 in small bowl, blend together the butter, italian seasoning and garlic.
- 5 spread liberally over ears of corn.
- 6 wrap corn with sliced prosciutto.
- 7 wrap in foil.
- 8 place on hot, oiled grill.
- 9 cook for 25-30 minutes or until corn is tender, turning frequently.
- 10 serve hot.
