Ingredients
- 1 lb chili pepper, quartered
- 1 lb carrot, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/8 cup salt
- 1/8 cup pepper
- 1/8 cup pepper (optional)
- 2 cups vinegar
Recipe
- 1 bring the vinegar to a boil in a small pot.
- 2 add the sliced carrots, boil 10 minutes.
- 3 add remaining ingredients. simmer 10 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat. pour contents into a jar, screw on jar lid, and let cool.
- 5 refrigerate.
