- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden.
- 2 stir in the vinegar, paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 serve.
