Mexican Pinto Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb dried pinto bean, soaked overnight and drained
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 lb lean ham, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker. cover and cook on high 2 hours.
