Massa De Pimentao (red Paprika Paste)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 wash and quarter bell peppers.
  • 2 combine with salt and let stand for 24 hours at room temperature.
  • 3 preheat oven grill, thoroughly wash salted peppers, pat dry.
