- 1 1/2 cans non-marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, whipped
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in food processor.
- 2 bake 15-20 minutes in oven at 350.
