Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons finely diced onions
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, mix very well.
- 2 chill overnight to let flavors mix.
- 3 serve with assorted raw veggies.
