Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 1 puree butter, chipotle peppers, garlic, shallots and 2 t lime juice in food processor until smooth.
