- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until slightly thick.
- 3 remove from heat, cool.
- 4 place blueberry mixture in a blender; process until smooth.
