- 8 ounces cooked and drained wide egg noodles
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
- 2 stir butter into hot noodles.
- 3 stir in the sour cream mixture.
- 4 arrange on platter, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
