Ingredients

- 1 kg fresh mussels (with shells)
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 200 g lemons
- 100 g onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 5 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 1.stew the onion and minced garlic in olive oil,add chili,tomato sauce,lemon rind.mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick.put some salt and pepper.
- 2 2.put the shells in a big pot with boiling water,and boil some minutes.
- 3 3.in a tray,put the mussels who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan and minced fresh ,then,put them in the oven,at a medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
