Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf, packed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
- 2 garlic cloves, quartered
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small food processor.
- 2 cover and process until almost smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- 3 cover and chill.
- 4 use within 2 days.
