Summertime Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup whole toasted flax seed
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine beans, tomatoes, red and green onions, lime juice, mango, cilantro, mint, garlic, and salt. mix well.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. just before serving, stir in flaxseed.
