- 2 medium tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/4 medium sized onion
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno (1/3 for mild, 2/3 for medium all for spicy)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in food processor.
- 2 pulse until desired consistency.
- 3 to change it up you can add 1 mango for mango salsa.
