Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt (not fat-free)
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 garlic clove (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped mint leaf (or to taste) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 drain the yogurt overnight with cheesecloth of paper-towel.
- 2 blend cucumber.
- 3 mix everything together with yogurt.
