- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked.
- 2 add the flour and then whisk milk inches.
- 3 add the dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
- 4 serve warm.
