Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup champagne (sparkling wine)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in sauce pan and add all ingredients and simmer until ready to use. this is best if kept warm with butter warmers while you eat.
