Seafood Butter Sauce (for Dipping And Basting)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1/4 cup champagne (sparkling wine)

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in sauce pan and add all ingredients and simmer until ready to use. this is best if kept warm with butter warmers while you eat.
