Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 4 tablespoons romano cheese, dry grated
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and store in a tightly closed container. keeps for 4 months in the pantry.
- 2 to use: combine 1/4 cup mix with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup milk.
